Medical Access Services

Employees and their family are provided with access to the best medical care available.

Providing access to a global database of renowned physicians, the service works with the individual's treating physician to provide consultation with top medical experts to redefine or confirm a medical diagnosis and treatment. In addition, the service can locate qualified specialists to meet an individual's particular medical needs.

Workers Compensation Assistance

Certain provincial jurisdictions have introduced legislation changing how workers' compensation claims are handled. Some of these responsibilities have now been shifted to the employer.

An Assistance Service provides support to the employer for occupational disability claims:

Provides return-to-work planning, education, and job search assistance helping to reduce the length of disability.
